Your discussion should summarize the article in such a way that it can justify any arguments you may present in your CLA1 assignment and should be different from the abstract.In addition to your researched peer-reviewed article, you must include an example of the article researched as it is applied by industry (company, business entity, and so forth).

Using a demand/supply diagram, illustrate and explain the effects of the imposition of an export tax on a good Y by a home country’s government on

1. The home country’s consumers of Y,
2. The home country’s producers of Y, and

Assume that the country is a “small” country. Then evaluate the “net welfare effect” of the tax on the country.Why might a country want to impose an export tax?Explain.
