South Florida Community College Spanish Present Tense of Infinitive Ending Discussion
Question Description
Write 6-7 sentences explaining how present tense ER and IR verbs work and write 3 sentence examples in Spanish (Use PRESENT TENSE ONLY). Read and reply to 2 other students noting on their information: right, wrong or interesting. Post in Discussion board and in dropbox for plagiarism check.
I need two responses, not log just a few sentences:
In Spanish in order to format the present tense of infinitive ending in ER And IR you need to add the appropriate personal ending to the stem. In Spanish and English when two verbs are used together the first is conjugated and the second appears in the infinitive form.
Second one:
In Spanish to form present tense to ER, and IR you need to add the appropriate personal ending to the stem. The present tense ending changes to o, -es, -e,-emos,-eis,-en for ER. The present tense for IR is o, -es, -e,-imos,-is, -en. In English, as in Spanish when two action words are utilized together the first is formed and the second shows up in the infinitive structure. In English present tense verbs, are the simple present tense, and the consistent tense. The present tense in English sometimes will not be the same as in Spanish.
