The client is a 56 years old Latino male presented with a history of Major Depressive disorder PTSD and substance use disorder. The client’s oldest son Jerry is 30 years old and also attended the therapy session. Client endorsed smoking marijuana daily. The son indicated that the client is unable to take care of himself. He has been having a lot of fights with two daughters Amy and Debie regarding the recent change in his behavior. The son stated I am depressed and overwhelmed by all these things.
