a. Summarize this information by describing the current view of Total Quality Management (TQM) in a four to seven sentence paragraph.

b. The Wikipedia article discusses the evolution into TQM in the 80’s and the 90’s. It doesn’t specifically discuss what it evolved from, but you can infer it from the article. In no more than five sentences, discuss where TQM must have evolved from during the 70’s and early 80’s. In other words, what did quality management look like during that time period?

At the beginning of the semester, we decided that all purchasing roles could be filed under three categories. Most, if not all, purchasing activities as related to TQM come under one of these categories. Which category of purchasing functions do TQM duties come under?
