As the entrepreneur, how do you define value for your customer, from the perspective of your venture? Now, ask at least 5 of your customers how they define value. If you dont currently have customers, ask at least 5 potential customers.
Evaluate your value definition and that of your customers. What are the differences? The similarities? Does the value definition from your customers support your definition? How so (or not)? What might you change and why on your end to ensure your customers are receiving the value they expect? If no changes, explain.
