Assignment #3: Governing during a pandemic. 70% of students will successfully analyze the role of federalism in state and federal governance, during a pandemic. Students will evaluate the initial reason for the federal system, and then how it has evolved during critical times in our nation.

2.) What was the founding fathers intention surrounding how our branches of government might interact? Did they expect it to breed more or less accountability?
