Question Description
Think about the sleep behaviors survey you completed for class. Are you doing anything that may be preventing you from getting a good nights sleep?
Now think about the lecture on sleep hygiene and the 10 strategies we talked about that could improve you sleep. What is one strategy that you can begin to use immediately in an effort to improve your sleep? If you already get good sleep, what is one thing that might be helpful if poor sleep ever becomes and issue?
1. What is the problem you are encountering with your sleep hygiene?
2. What technique are you going to try in an effort to improve your sleep? (These were discussed in the Sleep Hygiene lecture.)
