You will present some aspect of your research or your paper for FIVEMINUTES exactly. This is not meant to be a report of your whole paper.It is meant to be a short presentation about one aspect of yourresearch. It may even be an aspect you did not include in your actualpaper but is related to your topic.
Your presentation grade is given for your ability to TELL theaudience about your topic. You will use FIVE to SEVEN slides for yourpresentation, and these must include a first slide that introduces yourname, your papers title, and the thesis of the paper. The last slidewill be the Works Cited. The three to five slides between these two willbe the content of your presentation.
Do not fill your slides with print! Use key phraseswith your main ideas and graphics to support them. TELL about theresearch and your findings. You may include pictures and charts. Edityour slides carefully for grammar and spelling.
