- Assume the role of the practice manager of an established urgent care clinic. In a recent news story, it was broadcast that there will be three additional urgent care clinics opening in the immediate vicinity of your clinic within the next five years. As the practice manager, you are responsible for developing the five-year strategic plan for the clinic. To assist in the writing of the plan, answer the following:
- Explain three values of the clinic.
- For example, why was it founded? Who does it serve and why?
- Describe how the strategic plan will support the identified values in addition to serving patients and increasing revenue in the midst of the new competitors in the market.
- Explain how the strategic plan of the clinic is unique compared to that of the new competitors.
- Complete additional research on this topic, including at least one scholarly source to support ideas presented.
- Explain three values of the clinic.
