Question Description
This is a creative project, so have fun! The idea is to provide the lost ending or missing back-story of one of the works weve read this semester, or to write a short narrative in which characters from two different works interact in some way; a short parody of the work of one of the authors would be fine too. Papers should be 500-750 words, unless youre inspired to write more.
This assignment is worth 50 points. You will receive 35 points for making a clear effort.
You will receive additional points for the following:
- successfully imitating the style of an author or authors weve studied
- demonstrating an understanding of themes and character development in the works weve studied
- demonstrating an understanding of the historical period(s) in which the author or authors wrote
- using wit and creativity
