Write a “communication autobiography” in which you reflect on your past and present communication experiences, integrating your experience with our Module 1 required resources as well as any additional references you may want to add. Incorporate your reflections on the following questions into your narrative:

• Who are the individuals and experiences that have significantly impacted you as a communicator (these can be both within your personal & professional life, as well as individuals and/or situations that have inspired or impacted you beyond your personal experience)? How have they informed how you communicate with others?
• Using the communication styles assessment (Links to an external site.)from our reading, “Which of These 4 Communication Styles Are You?” what style are you? What is a story or example of how you have applied that style in your communication with others and the impact it had?
• If you were to ask others about your communication style, strategy, and strengths, how would they describe you as a communicator?
• Thinking about your leadership ecosystem and the many different stakeholders and elements with which you communicate, what modalities are your preferred communication channels with different stakeholders?
• How does your leadership style interact with your communication style and what is your biggest learning opportunity as a communicator?

You should submit:

• A 5 page, double spaced, Times 12 point font Word document containing your “communication autobiography” completed with a minimum of 4 references.
