    • Subject Matter Experts (SME) – professionals, educators.
    • Commercial – Published training books, manuals, and Web sites.

Action Items

  1. Locate 5 credible sources to obtain content and materials for your training module. Your citations are to be from a variety of sources (e.g., internal sources and external sources such as professional organizations, Internet, library, experts, or commercial).
