The best way to experience is to go to bed blind (cover your eyes so you can’t see) then you will wake up with the disability. Then experience doing what you normally do in the morning such a showering, getting dressed, brushing your teeth. getting dressed, hair care etc and making breakfast.
When you have completed your two hours, then describe in detail your thoughts, feelings and explain how you think this experience will help you when working with someone who is blind.
