In this response paper you will identify one of the social determinants of health described in your group’s Neighborhood Justification and use 3 peer-reviewed citations to describe how and why that social determinant is associated with the health outcome. This is not intended to be about a specific neighborhood, but rather more generally what is known in the literature about the association between a specific (upstream) determinant of health and your health outcome of interest.
